Chapter was disappointing.disappointing. Rukia still needs brother words for bankaiZzz i mean come on its been lots of chapters already she should be able to deal with enemy's on her own by now no development in character there but other than that guess will see her bankai.

Well Rukia is gonna deal with the enemy alone, Byakuya didn't leave a fatal blow on that fear guy/woman... what gender is that thing anyway? So Rukai will make that quincy feel the coldness of her power. Now it was the 1st time I ever heard Byakuya complement on someone's power, even when Renji got bankai he never complemented him... oh arrogant byakuya.

It was awesome. Totally unexpected, we all thought Byakuya would make quick work of that dude. But he just goes, **** him up. And goes away. "not worth me killing you" BADASS. I'm glad we didn't get to see the extent of his tratining yet we saw enough to deduce that he got godly, he's the only so far (except for Yamamoto and Kenpachi) who seemed that he could defeat A Vollstanding Quincy IN SHIKAI. All in all great chapter. And that Rukia part. Man, love it. Byakuya finally acknowledges her as not needing his protection anymore, she can handle her own shit. That's character developpement for both her and Byakuya. I'm so hyped abouy Byakuya after seeing this... My man is back.

Interesting. Was expecting the obivous which was for Bakuya to fight As Nodt. And rukia finally has a Bankai! About time!

visually, epic as always. Very very dramatic and amazingly looking chapter. Kubo is an amazing artist, thats a given.

I think we all fell for the trap Kubo set up expecting us to believe she was going to be carried by her brother. Only thing i didnt like about the chapter was it felt way too short this time but other than that it was awesome.

As for a prediction... i think Rukia's Bankai will be more powerful than Toshiro's. She will be like a frozen ice queen and anything she touches will instantly freeze. I say again she will be "The Cold Hearted B****". In a badassarry sense of course.

How can you say there was no character development at all?

This whole chapter was based on character development. Byakuya admitting Rukia doesn't need his help and Rukia finally making her older brother realize she is capable of defeating tough enemies.

Good chapter was kind of expecting Byakuya to beat As Nodt but I suppose he's to tough now to fight the likes of As Nodt.

Rukia's Bankai will most likely be a clad type. I'm excited to finally see her Bankai. Rukia's the only one to defeat a Espada without a Bankai. I also like the fact her brother let her fight her own battle this time. Byakuya rarely admits to someone's strength to see him acknowledge Rukia's strength is something special. Great chapter can't wait till the next

Personally Im not a big fan of byakuya but i will admit I did like this chapter
and when Rukia said bankai.. I had a fangasm.. Yep. 5/5
I think its time they show the powers of kenpachi.. you cant have byakuya come acting all boss without kenpachi next. Lol

hmm i wanna go out on a limb and because kubo loves to troll us imma say this. her bankai will be similar to senbonzakura kageyoshi in the aspect of conteol fine crystalized form of cold ie an arctic mist which she can control and it instantly freezes anything it touch's while she is manuevering it.

just some randomness as kubo would model some likeness of byakuya and rukia's bankai's just to tease us.

I completely forgot to read it yesterday cause I was so pissed about the terrible Naruto chapter!

But I read it today though.

This is what I have to say:
Considering how badly Kubo failed last time in doing the most predictable of all:

Making As Nodt survive
Making him much stronger somehow (OP Volständig)
Making him overpower Rukia despite her new power up
And Make Byakuya come to save the day.

IT WAS SO DAMN PREDICTABLE!! And not only that it was poorly done!

But my point is: Considering how bad he messed up last time, this chapter was probably as good as it could get. We all knew Byakuya was gonna stomp As Nodt somehow, but I like how he let Rukia finish the job that was a nice twist. About her Bankai... It is a bit of a plot hole that she suddenly has it, and that she didn't use it earlier in the fight, but Bleach is already so full of plot holes that I don't really care. I JUST REALLY HOPE HER BANKAI WILL BE EPIC!! Rukia is one of my favorites after all!
