The round seal at the belly and the connecting of people's chakra was already shown by Naruto throughout the war. Madara and Obito haven't done any of these.

i agree. was thinking this myself. looks just like him and when madara was describing what the sage's intentions were with chakra it reminded me of what naruto achieved by linking people via his own.

they were able to connect to each other emotionally and see his thoughts.

Some people concurs with this, others says that Naruto is the new sage, and others go further telling that Naruto is the new legacy.
