Black zetsu himself can't use mokuton, unless he is attached to the other white zetsu half (which chojiro destroyed).

Meh. We already know White and Black Zetsu in their fused form, in fact, the twist here was that they are actually two beings and can divide. The only thing new would be Spiral Zetsu, so, nothing special about it.
Besides, White Zetsu is long dead.

Uchiha in general is yin, Madara's will holds the properties of what yin really is...

While senju is clearly yang, but it's not the white zetsu itself that is yang alone (because he is already yin-yang), but what it reacts too.
Which is yang chakra.

It's the Will and the mokuton that is yin yang.
