Why didn't you post the scan where Karin said she didn't heal Sasuke enough for another battle. Kakashi only manage to hit Sasuke cause he was looking at Naruto and he caught him off guard, plus he didn't have his Sharingan activated. So kishi shows us that Kakashi can only land a hit on Sasuke when he's exhausted, off guard, and no Sharingan.
