Tobirama wins. Same ftg with v2 he can make clones which will all be suicide bombers like his Edo body was against Obito. If Minato was to kill a clone and with Tobirama great reflexes he could tag Minato like he did a much faster Obito. He would then have his clone teleport and explode killing Minato.

What Tobirama did against Madara is what Minato did against Obito, so their the same. His clones can use the jutsu too. Tobirama seems to have the best reaction, and if Minato tries to touch a clone the paper seals for explosion will be all on his body. His clones can use that jutsu, can't redirect the attack. The seal would be on Minato which is permanent so he'd die if Tobirama clones explodes too him.

Madara is better than all of them of course he wasn't going to get hit. They are the same. Scan of where it says a clone can't put paper bomb tags on itself? Obito biltz Tobirama which ripped through half his body, Obito simply swung his hand and ripped Minato arm off. He never blitzed him., but Tobirama reacted and placed a gang of paper bombs on him, while Minato jumped back with a bomb attached to him smh Tobirama has better reaction.
