You people's obsession with Kakashi is laughable!

The only reason people like him so much is because of his character design, cool nickname(Copy Ninja Kakashi), initial hype from the manga when you all were kids or adults(who knows) and the fact that he a has a Sharingan given to him by an Uchiha and that he wears a mask to hide his face which still hasn't been removed yet.


But other than those things, Kakashi is a very bland, typical anime character who doesn't have much to offer to the story itself.


I just saw someone make a thread about "which village Kakashi can solo?" L O L WHAT?!xd


The man has the chakra capacity of Pakkun(yes, his ninja dog).

One single jutsu(which doesn't knock him out on his ass every time he uses it) that has worked for him how many times in the manga now? Twice maybe?(who knows)

The only real relevance Kakashi has in this manga is thanks to Obito and Naruto.



His character has 0 depth. Like I said, he is a typical support character that you see in most animes with little to nothing to offer to the story.




So why are people so head over heels in love with him?



Because he looks cool! That's why! Nailed it!

If I understood you right,you posted that one of the reason his so 'liked' is because he was Naruto's sensei. If that was the case I think that's a stupid reason to like a character.

There is such a thing as 'gross overestimation due to extreme fanboyism'.


Nothing is wrong with liking any character, but people hold him in such high regard its completely ridiculous and just plain humorous.

No one has gotten smacked around more than Kakashi, by himself(lol) and the enemy. Obito, Itachi, Kakuzu, Pain......


The man solos himself with his own move every time he uses it(unsuccessfully).


The only thing his Kamui has been able to accomplish so far is getting rid of Obito's mask(with Naruto's help).

He is a great candidate for top 5 weakest characters and people think he is a god because of his character design. You are no better than adolescent school girls.
