If Minato tries to teleport behind him and rasengan him, Sasuke will do exactly what he did against Aye and put up a layer of Amaterasu around Susano'o. Minato has shown poor reaction times so I wouldn't be surprised if it hit him.

Otherwise nothing in Sasuke's arsenal is hitting Minato. Aye and even Gaara were able to stop Amaterasu.

While at the same time nothing in Minato's arsenal is harming sasuke.

This comes down to stamina, Sasuke will be forced to keep Susano'o ready for an FTG attack.
