A peaceful, high level jonin who fights with no intentions to kill?

A blood thirsty, high level chunnin who fights with all intent and purposes to kill his target?

( When I say bloodthirsty, I don't mean charging in. He is still every bit tactical and analytical as a high level chuunin should be.

Depends on the person, but a Jounin is more skillful by default, so my money is on the Jounin.

i would rather not fight the jonin because these type of jonins are the ones you should never let them get angry once they get angry then its game over for the whole of opponent team.

I'd take kakashi any day because I'd at least have a shot. Gaara will be straight murk mode from the start.
