As i remember. Itachi win. As i remember Kabuto did everything to counter Itachi and still loose.

Mostly because Kabuto did get the better of Itachi on a few occasions, and Itachi only pulled through because he was Edo Tensei and had support.

Refutation comes from people who say Itachi did that for the purpose of setting up Izanami, and because he knew he could take risks due to his immortal body.

Something also of note should be that Kabuto had the location advantage.

I dont agree with any of you. Itachi was edo so he had only 80% real power. Itachi coudnt kill Kabuto. Itachi had to save Sasuke.
+As some1 else said that he had place disadvantage....

And with this disadvantage and still won the fight.
