It was top 3 until Sasuke went after the Kages. After he got Danzo it fell for me. War arc was a major tease, the 10 tails revival arc didn't have enough bloodshed but was darker, and this current arc is making up ground.

BTW I'm super picky about my anime and manga. I don't have a lot of time to read and watch either, so when I do they better be good.
