And pretty sure it was said that Budou is stronger a few times or that they were at least equal. And Shura is definitely on their level.​

Budou kind of said he wants to clean up the Empire after he hunts down Night Raid and Esdeath is kind of a part of the Empire. Idk though. ._.​

Esdeath still is the empire's strongest, so there's no way in hell she's gonna be beaten by Shura or Budou individually, especially with Night Raid and the Jaegers on her side

And, once he does Shura will make his move without fear of any retribution. Esdese'll be too far away

I wanna know why ran wants to kill Esdese. What if he's a spy from the revolutionary army to take down the empire? That would be cool, he did say it was his "job" to kill her.

Night Raid would have recognised him if he was from the Revolutionary. We have a third party here. And it may be Budou.
