OT: I doubt it, at least he wouldn't be able to break it with ease. I think he was capable of breaking Tsukuyomi mainly because it was a jutsu of the Mangekyo Sharingan (doujutsu) and Sasuke himself possesses the Sharingan. Frog song has nothing to do with the visuals though.

Sasuke's is based on eye contact. Streight line.

Now, I'd NEVER undersell Sasuke's Genjutsu or his genious. But, Naruto's range and variaty with sound (as well as his cleverness and origionality) gives a considerable edge.

Oh no, I'm not getting into to firing shots at anyone right now, not at my boy Flawz or you for that matter. Though to be honest with you, I'm unsure which is the stronger genjutsu: Frog song or Tsukuyomi. It's hard to tell IMO.

Naruto cant perform genjutsu, and while the frog genjutsu is easier to caught an opponent, sharingan genjutsu affects the opponent even when he's out of it(example: kakashi vs itachi part 1, or sasuke and C)

No. Sasuke would not be able to break the Frog Song Genjutsu should it hit him. It's even more potent than Tsukuyomi if it makes contact and is nigh high unavoidable beyond having something to cover your ears and even then, sound can travel through your body via the liquids within you, so even then, that is a mediocre counter at best.​
