I actually like this match-up. I don't know how Jiraiya and SM Jiraiya will do as teammates, since they don't really get along. Minato and Tobirama seem pretty compatible though.

Tobirama and Minato can place markings on anything (there are some exceptions though)so they can simply mark different locations on the ground so lack of Kunai won't change much here and they both seriously out lasts Jiraya and Orochimaru in terms of speed so I can't see them landing a blow on Minato and Tobirama but we shouldn't underestimate the Sannin so I would say that Minato and Tobirama wins high dif.

First time I see a thread with at least an attempt of restricting both sides instead of Orochimaru only.

About the match-up - dealing with markings on the ground would be a piece of cake for team 1, but still, 2 FTG users teamed up could probably win in the end with high+ diff or lose to team 1 with high+ diff.

If Tobirama and Minato were able to avoid Juubito's omyoudon, then frog kata should be a problem.

Especially when pain did a good job avoiding it without knowledge.

Preta got one-shotted by Kata. Only reason it survived was because of the outer path.

Minato got his arm chopped off, and Tobirama never came into contact with Onmyoton. Saying they avoided it is wishful thinking.
