You could definitely get a lower price PC with a better graphics card, or I recommend buying the parts and building the PC yourself which'd save you quite a bit of money. I would recommend getting the 270x instead of the 260x, its a bit pricier, but its worth the money unlike the 260x, but thats my opinion.

I would get a 4770k since it has hyperthreading, and your PC will run faster with Adobe programs like Photoshop.
A 260x isnt a bad way to start things off, maybe change it for a 280x in the future, or add another 260x for xfire
