Love DBZ , but really? It's hard to believe what some people are saying.
First of all, Frieza who is massivley stronger than 23 Budakai Goku never "directly destroyed a planet" as in he can fire planet sized exploisions. What Frieza did was fire a attack that was strong enough to reach the planets core ( giving him a range of 1 planetary radious) and destroy that. The effect of destroying a planets core then can cause a planet to become destroyed. furthermore, 23rd Budakai goku is several leagues below raditz whose best feats were questionably multi-island at best. Even if Goku could destroy a planet he would die aswell without a space ship. Do people even read the manga? Or are they recalling the anime because the original source was infact the manga. Vegeta's statement about destroying the planet is obviously hypebole and isnot to be taken seriously similarly like how amaterasu said to be hot as the sun. 23rd Budakai Goku has faster than lightning reactions feats, massivley hypersonice movement speed, and arguably island level+ DC. ( Roshi's Moonbusting feat is very obviously an outlier ( If not, you end up powerscaling super buu to be a galaxy buster-DB was originally a gag manga)
Nobody has the feats to keep up with Goku speedwise, but Juubito has better DC feats, and omnyouton hax ( without knowledge juubitto has a very good chance to surprise goku ( DB characters typical try to block instead of dodge)
Other than juubito, Maby Naruto has the DC to damage Goku enough but most likely Goku speed is too much. The only reason Goku would not be in the top 5 is becuase he is severly lacking anything hax. If we consider chakra/ki equality then Goku struggles big time even in the top ten. Genjustu,dust release,omnyouton, sealing pot, sealing justu, parasite justu, deidera nano bombs, ino mind control, edo tensei ( Goku cannot seal them ) kamui, amaterasu, all might be able to harm goku. Not saying that Goku gets tagged easily, but if he does then he might loose.
-Whats the general consensus on yammamotto bankai? Sun heat or not? If it is considered to be as hot as the suns surface then Goku looses to him. If Goku is succeptable to Aizens illsusions then he looses to aizen.
Juha bach should be able to beat him with yammy's bankai ,
