No one can deny manga facts.

Even as a 7 year old he would have made great decisions as Hokage, better than some of the other Kage.
But he would have been way too weak and young, no one (not even the villagers in Konoha) would have showed any respect.

yea itachi is very skilled indeed he even became an anbu commander at the age of 12 but i don't think it fiar if you say he is better than all the hokages,dude the guy is no much for hashirama.

Maybe not strength wise, but intellegent wise he was smarter.

I just realized that Itachi had the thoughts/brain of a hokage at the age of 7

well most of the hokages are weak willed fools so how is that a cause for hype? and thats not what hiruzen meant. what he meant was itachi had the same ideals as the top tiers with the whole 'i love the city" thing
