i've only seen sakura use chakra to punch through things to augemnt her strength, even with that being said u dnt need chakra for taijutsu, taijutsu is boxing, muay thia, jeet kun do, kung fu, karate, chakra used in taijutsu is used to enhanced your abilities like sakura(in her fists) and the jinchuriki(chakra cloaks v1-v2) and the raikage's(lightning armors) have done, these are examples of enhancements and power ups

Once again, no. Differentiating between natural strength and chakra enhanced strength is not like that at all. By increasing your strength through working out, then that's increasing your normal, natural strength.

Differentiating between natural strength and chakra enhanced strength is more differentiating between winning a fight with your fists, or with a gun or weapon.
