Pretty much the first names you think of when you say 'fist fighters'. Tsunade's trademark ability is her immense raw strength, with which she is able to launch her targets several metres with a mere finger flick or create fissures with a single finger jab at the ground.

She was able to smash a huge part of Madara's wood clone's body with a single punch. She was also capable of cracking the defences of Madara's Susanoo's ribcage with a single punch, bringing it down with a second attack.
Madara also commented her strength was far above that of the famous brute force of the Fourth Raikage. In a filler episode the Raikage had to resort to a feint in order to win.

NARUTO UZUMAKI

Naruto unexpectedly is a big contender here, entirely because of his Sage Mode. Frog Kata is a very strong force and Naruto was shown to be able to stop a charging giant Rhino and throw it out of the crater battlefield, a very far distance. This power hasn't been used since to any big degree and Naruto even struggled pulling the chakra rods out of the Jinchuuriki Paths.

FOURTH RAIKAGE A/KILLER BEE

Other than many table-one shot feats (lol) A possesses a huge amount of physical strength. When introduced, he was shown lifting a barbell with a single hand and in a casual manner. He was also able to crush a cliff with a single punch. He also snapped Suigetsu's Executioner Blade in half and snap ribs off Sasuke's Susanoo.

When he was younger, A was even able to cut through one of the four horns of Eight-Tails and knock it to the ground by the sheer strength of his blow. Naruto commented that if even one hit struck him, "It would all all be over."

Killer Bee similarly has insane brute strength and in a basic Lariat clash, managed to overpower his brother. This is a very impressive feat but it is unsure whether he is an all-round physically stronger man, Raikage's speed being a huge impact on the force of his punches.

JIROBO

Using his brute force, he could manipulate the earth with his muscles: from creating barriers to lifting massive sheets of rock to throwing huge chunks of earth.

Jirobo is definitely underrated, by the feats speak for themselves.

Jirobo in his cursed seal level 2 form just lifted a mountain-sized Chōji with one hand and then threw it half-way across the forest. A mountain just fell on him and he threw it aside like nothing. Much of his strength was refined into the Arhat Fist fighting style, which because of his insane strength meant that small, simple taijutsu moves could do crazy damage to enemies.

SAKURA HARUNO

By building up and releasing her chakra with precise timing, Sakura can easily demolish or destroy obstacle with powerful punches or kicks. An opponent struck by her full strength could suffer blunt force trauma resulting in broken bones, ruptured organs, or even death.

The Yin Seal hugely improves her scale, crushing a dozen of the Ten-Tails' spawns with ease, while destroying the ground beneath them. This feat gained praise from Hashirama Senju himself who noted that Sakura's strength may be more fearsome than that of Tsunade's. Make of that what you will.

Now from that analysis, how do you rank them? The strongest throwing ability shown so far belongs to Jirobo, the biggest hit debris seems to be from Sakura and IMO the pure strongest seems to be an ambiguous toss-up between Tsunade and her pupil.

Sage Mode Hashirama is most likely the strongest. By flexing his base chakra, he can shatter rooms... that pretty much tells you his body is Bijuu-level. I'm guessing a punch from Tsunade would not phase him.

Sakura's physical, natural strength hasn't gotten stronger really. I mean, she doesn't train much, just practices his medical ninjutsu, she can't be that much higher than before. I believe she got a rating of 3, while Kakuzu got a 4. So he's stronger.

Personally, I say no one beats Tsunade in strength. But it's clear Sakura will surpass her, if she has yet to, that is.

Bsm naruto was punching bijuu balls kilometers aways those things are hyped to be heavy as hell and we also saw him in his 5 mins smirkish with the bijuus how he was lifting and tossing them easily even sm naruto was able to toss kurama and stop the cerebus charge (that's insane) and even throw it far into the sky though he is lacking feat in striking strength but he is number 1 when it comes to lifting strength.
