In terms of strength SM Naruto stomps Orochimaru but I don't know how he can handel Oro's poison so Naruto stomps if he managed to avoid poison otherwise Orochimaru wins high dif.

Fushi Tensei is hardly a factor, as he needs to enter his true form and swallow Naruto first. You might say that the poison is what lets him do this, but FRS's explosion sphere is large enough to completely vaporize Orochimaru's body when he's in his True Form, so if he does this, he dies with little effort.

If Orochimaru summons those gates, his sagemode will be out, leaving Orochimaru to kill Naruto.

I honestly thing sagemode alone can't win, unless you through in six tailed naruto too.

If he has no kyuubi, he'll need to use the reverse scroll after 2 rasenshuurikens.

He'll be vulnerable and will get killed off by the sword or some snake.

Is Orochimaru going to stand there and let a Rasenshuriken hit him, or is he going to summon his Rashomon gates and protect himself? Frog Kata means nothing when you can take a punch from Tsunade. Even if Rasenshuriken came his way he'd simply get cut in half, and that does nothing to Oro.

Asura path was vaporizes and it's not like those hit by FRS in the manga stand there to be hit they are people faster than oro. Kyuubi didn't help base naruto to gather sm he just didn't interfere with the process so nothing change about sm naruto he can use 3 frs plus other justu before running out and even then he can enter sm in seconds and also perform jutsu like chou odama FRS adding ma and pa is overkill.

Current SM naruto stomps this clown. In case naruto runs out he enters again in seconds as shown in current war arc. We should no longer use pein arc feats for SM as obviously naruto has gotten much better. Also naruto can fuse with ma and pa.
