Man this was really hard. But this is what I think at the moment.

- Had difficulty deciding between Tobirama and Gai's positions. Base Guy loses but 7 gates I feel will win. I feel Ay can just about take Tobirama but I don't know if he can beat Guy in 7 gates mode.

- Also with Hiruzen being Tobirama's successor and student, Hiruzen has a good case against going for him. I only put Tobirama above him because of FTG, but the way Tobirama dies really makes me doubt his ability.

- Sage Jiraya with Ma and Pa will give Third Raikage a good fight, frog genjutsu could potentially immobilize him, not sure how Jiraya would end him though. Shima's wind jutsu isn't strong enough and giant Rasengan will only tickle him.
