The answer is: none. The strenght of SM character depends striclty on the strenght of his base self. In short: the stronger you are in base, the stronger you get after activiting SM.

So you cant really pick the favorites between Hashirama, Kabuto and Naruto, simply becuase they are all perfect SM users (well although it wasnt confirmed in Hashirama and Kabutos case, thats kinda obvious).

However, manga makes it clear that Jiraiya was inferior to all of them in that department, as he was the imperfect Sage, so hes bound to the last place.

OT: I like Kabuto's the best. I think in terms of abilities, that's the best, but Hashi's takes raw power. Then again, Hashi's is probably so strong because he's already strong as hell. I'm gonna go with Kabuto's.

DSM and Hashirama SM (I expect this to be Slug sage mode), seem the most useful.
I am not that fond of Frog sage mode. What does it do that the other sage modes cant?
Frog Kata is basically a taijutsu style that uses sage mode chakra to increase your range (which the opponent cant see).
The other sage modes can basically do taijutsu + sage mode as well.

The only thing I have seen Hashirama's SM do is healing without handsigns.
The Mokuton abilities were not sage mode ablities, but his own abiltiies, increased in power by sage mode.

DSM has shown the most sage abilities.
Lot of different and interesting ones.
Therefore I like this one the most.

Yeah no. Kabuto stated Oro found Ryuchi Cave and wanted to learn Sage Mode, but couldn't find a body that could handle the training. If no body he had could handle using Sage Mode, how did he learn it?

My favorite has to be Naruto's SM. He seized a giant rhino running at full speed and threw him. Physical wise, I think Toad Sage mode is the strongest. I can only imagine what pain was thinking when he tossed such a huge summon.

I have no problem understanding anything.

Kabuto's DSM was powerful mostly because of the abilities he got from the sound four, oro, jugo , karin and suigetsu. When oro was revived by sasuke he only took his own power(DNA) from kabuto not the other powers kabuto took from the ones mentioned above.
So even if oro was capable of using SM. He wouldn't be able to do everything kabuto could like you said since he only has his powers and zetsu powers. This is assuming oro can use perfect SM

hashirama for his sage wood jutsus
naruto for his fighting against pain and the third raikage and madara
kabuto couldnt handle itachi and sasuke who wasnt even trying to kill him
jiriya for his vs pain feats he did defeat them he just didnt know that they could be revived he done this even though he was a imperfect sage
