I remember what chapter Itachi said that, but do you have the viz scan to be clear.

I don't have the scan but i remember it was translated in the viz thread, something like "Normal vision-based genjutsu is powerless against ocular powers."

Wow guys. Complete misunderstanding here. Itachi was referring to Uchiha under Izanagi. Normal genjutsu won't work on those people, which was already shown when Danzo broke Sasuke's genjutsu.
