I swear you guys need to actually read and then examine the pages before you make assumptive theories about them. 1st Look at the page when they are talking about the mystery man, Juugo said that Orochimaru might decide to take Sasuke's body depending on his condition and that was kimimaro's will but Karin wouldn't allow it.
Karin noticed the mysterious chakra and then Orochimaru asked her whose chakra it belonged to, so I think that Karin most likely sensed Kabuto was walking toward Sasuke's body and naturally thought Orochimaru and Kabuto were scheming to take his body. Orochimaru responded to Karin's answer and said : We can't tell what a mysterious person might try to do to Sasuke-kun!
An answer that almost gives off the impression he might already know it's Kabuto, assuming Kabuto might assist in absorbing him or to catch up to them but Orochimaru also seems to express an interest in Sasuke's ideals and hopes and is waiting to see Sasuke's next steps or 'Wind'.
But what might prove that Orochimaru is holding back something, the page after; Karin speeds up and Orochimaru says: Damn which probably means he knew she was going to try and save him before Orochimaru tries to take his body.
Also I doubt that the mystery man is ANYONE except someone linked to Orochimaru in some way, think about how who would want to take advantage of his body? Obviously Madara could care less about Sasuke's eyes, the sages tools or anyone's weak tacticts, all he wants is his other eye, so he's not gonna send a MYSTERIOUS ZETSU we never heard about or a new millionth Uchiha like Izuna, wtf??? Who would even randomly revive him or even the Sage. NO. It is someone alive like Anko Yamato or Kabuto but all of the ALIVE people in naruto that disappeared where somehow CONNECTED TO OROCHIMARU! Madara was separate from that!
And right now; bringing back Anko would be IRRELEVENT to the entire scene of the story, only someone like Kabuto would make sense realistically, well Yamato is just related to the Hashirama-Senju DNA plot but the Orochimaru plot is all about Edo tensei and taking Sasuke's body which Kabuto had a big part in, the comeback being that Kabuto who has Dragon Sage mode chakra inside him has come to save Sasuke because he was changed by Itachi's words and Izanami.
