SUMMARY OF THE SERPENT: The Serpent is the Asgardian God of Fear, like Thor and other Asgardians he's basically a superhuman fast athlete, but as the God of Fear he can also make minions out of people like The Hulk & The Thing. He tries to inflict fear and it makes his powers stronger.

He has shown amazing feats of strength, such as breaking Captain America's shield with his bare hands. He has insane stamina and durability. Can last months before getting tired and can heal limbs and organs.

And also when The Serpent attacks a world he creates 'The Worthy'- The Serpent revives and possesses:
-Yamato
-Fourth Kazekage
-Danzo
-Hidan
-Konan
To do his bidding. They are mindlessly violent.

Too complex? Eesh, shame. This is a really close match-up. Not immediately. This is a 'Fear Itself' scenario where he starts off in his base Asgardian form and becomes stronger the more fear he creates.

The Serpent teleports across dimensions and worlds anyway, I mean he does come from the 9 Realms after all.

You know thats not actually a bad point. This is a 'Fear Itself' scenario though so the controlled minions are wrecking terror everywhere they go and it's not just ninja in this world, there's mostly scared civilians and normal people so after a day or so The Serpent could already be very powerful.

It really is a tough one tbh, I can see the likes of Madara and Hashirama holding him back somewhat.

I'd say the Serpent is a threat around Kaguya level to be fair...well, has the potential to be (or maybe stronger) depending on the fear and terror inflicted to the army.

It does fly...and can dimension swap too. Can't transport others though. Cool idea tho...to think Kaguya didn't even exist when I made this post haha, Kaguya and this 'Other threat' newcomer combined might just balance this VS in NV's favour.
