Old players vs fresh players

I know basket ball players from the past had better Morales than now and they dunk better and shoot more accurately but now players are getting better handles, better styles, trick shots, etc.

so if their way a match between Jordan, kareem, magic, shaq, and bird vs kobe, Durant, LeBron, curry and carmelo
who would win? why ?

based off of those teams i would go with the old team. none of those players could guard shaq or kareem

true but also I doubt Shaq can stop LeBron shots and cant handle the new world dribbling skills

That's a terrible matchup though, you didn't even give the new players team a center and technically shaq would be on the new team. He's only 5 years older then Kobe, while everyone else on his team is 10-15 years older then him.

Between these though I say the old.

Well you didn't even pick some of the best old players at all. Shaq would be a new player also. Carmelo and curry aren't even in the top 5 players of today so why put them on there?
