Let's face it. Kamui itself is enough to instantly one-shot 97% of the Narutoverse. Kamui'd the arm off the Gedo before a summoning could take effect, Kamui'd two Susano'o arrows fired right in his face. I think you get the picture.
Now for the other 3%.
2% of that are Minato, Rikudou Obito, and Rikudou Madara. They are the only ones even with a remote chance of avoiding Kamui (Maaaaaaaybe Ay, but that's pushing it). However, even these 3 lose to Kakashi. Keep in mind the 97% above is soloed by an instant Kamui; These 2% people can avoid that. Kakashi, however, can Kamui them as well, after using clone feints or some sort of strategy.
The final 1% is Obito, and he's the only one that can counter it.
