But it is a "new" zetsu, one that could possibly contain Sasukes dead body, no credence on if its true, but there you go, thats why its a suprise

EDIT: even if he unlocks the rinnegan , maybe it will be an imperfect rinnegan , like... he will have it for a sort ammount of time and then that same rinnegan will disappear or he is not going to have the full power of the rinnegan or the rinnegan will be something... imperfect , like... not having all the jutsus.

We have never seen this Zetsu before, for all we know, he's been growing for the past 16 years and the the Final villain. Probably not tho

karin would recongize zetu's chakra. Zetsu's SPORES are undetectable, but the zetsu himself has chakra. she dosent know kabuto's chakra since it is mixed with so many, and due to it being unnatural, the chakra is most likely foul due to experimentations to aquire it
