Sakura really wouldn't be the worst candidate imaginable... However Kakashi and Shikamaru eclipse her by a wide margin.

Orochimaru Hokage would just be BA no matter what lol But nobody would trust that snake.

Oro would have made a good hokage. He's good enough unfortunately his time has long passed. Let's not forget he is a lunatic. I nominate Kakashi if Tsunade were to have to step down. He might not be strongest in the village but hes well rounded and pretty strong.

If youre gonna pull BS like that. At least try not to use people like Shikamaru in an attempt to overshine her. Sakura has more ability to protect a village if she had to stand as hokage than shikamaru.
