Destruction capabilities are roughly the same. If a single Bijū Dama busts a continent, how much damage would five cause? Exactly, he would wipe out the whole human race in an instant. Goku was on par with Piccolo, who busted the Moon. Moon is about a quarter of the Earth, which is roughly the size of all five continents. Piccolo wasn't sweating? Obito was neither. He actually was in the middle of the blast, telling that he tanked a blast of quarter of Earth with ease, putting his durability on insane level.

Jūbito in terms of overwhelming speed, same DC and durability feats beats at least Goku from Raditz Saga.

To be honest I see Juubi Jinchurki Obito around Raditz level at the most.

Madara Juubi Jinchurki would be around Nappa level and Hagoromo Ootsutsuku as Juubi Jin would be equal to Vegeta or Goku Sayian saga
