When ever Naruto express his love for her, she always beats him up. Sakura always neglected Naruto and loved Sasuke while Its Naruto who is always helping her, even risking his life for her multiple time. Naruto was always there when sakura needed a shoulder to cry on.

Now Naruto is on the verge of death. and Sakura is helpless. If anything Sakura can do to repay her debts then Its by sacrifing her life to revive Naruto.

Lady chiyo sacrificed her old *** life to revive gara after shikaku was extracted.
Sakura also knows the process so Its her time now to revive Naruto and Sacrifice her life for at least one good favour to Naruto.

Sakura won't die cause she won't even attempt to get close to Madara. She's not an idiot, she'll probably wait to the side and heal them when she can. Madara doesn't even see her as a threat as of now so she won't be bothered. and I don't think she can do the jutsu. She has seen Chiyo do it, but I don't think she'd want to learn it, being that she could die.

Come on now, this wasn't very that logical. If anything, it has to do with the Sage's Ninja Tools being that Kishi brought back Team Guy and had them realize what tools they are, and where Kakashi is. Put two and two together and they're are going to do something.
