I would be surprised if Tobirama never shacked up, hes hot. His personality doesn't seem to be creepy either (since we know he experimented with dead ppl n stuff for edo tensei).

Maybe his lover and possible child are irrelevant just like Tsunade's parents, one of which is Hashiramas child had been ignored and not even mentioned in the series. It's just something we might have to live with.
