Top 5 Ultimate Shinobi's

Shinobis should be all about versatility and the skill repertoire. I wouldn't count any over-powered skill-sets then, as it's all about Power-tier then, and 'THAT' has nothing to do with the ethos of a Shinobi. This is my list:

1 - Hebi Sasuke 3T.
2 - Itachi Uchiha 3T.
3 - Hatake Kakashi without Sharingan. I still consider him to be a versatile shinobi.
4 - Obito Uchiha 3T. He would still have two devestating Katon attacks. One large Katon Barrier. Great skills with Kusari Gama and decent Shurieken Jutsu. The reason I have placed Kakashi over him, is because his skill-set is larger.
5 - Gai / Lee / Neji.

When it comes to general skill as a ninja?

1. Hashirama
2. Madara Uchiha
3. Itachi Uchiha
4. Hiruzen Sarutobi
5. Nagato Uzumaki
6. Jiraiya
7. Kakashi Hatake

I didn't bother trying to organize them in who has more skill than the other, it was just the first few that popped in mind. But I feel like the 7 right here are the most skillful ninja there are. In what order they are, I'm not gonna bother trying that.

Edit: I can see how Sasuke could be put on this list either now on the future. His genjutsu and taijutsu are up there. He's invented many Justus from Chidori himself, well versed in both his affinities and developed his personal KKG (Blaze Release) very efficiently within a week's timespan.

Maybe Naruto can be on it too but I think he'd have to develop his SM more so that he's relying mainly on the powerful arsenal BM brings in the picture.

Edit 2: Why no stolen power? It takes time develop any kind of skill or proficiency with a new power.

^^^ This though usually I'd put Orochimaru in the next spot, Sasuke tamed lightning and developed MUCH faster than Orochimaru could dream. For his age Sasuke> Orochimaru

1) Naruto
2) Kabuto
Not obito, or madara they didn't work and train to master it.

Mastering a Kekkei Tota
1 Onoki
2 mu
Not only that but they can fly...

Stamina
Third Raikague.
He faught 1,000 shinobi by himself and the 8 tails.

Just things people over look and forget how amazing some of these things are.

I mean look at kakuzu he had a ability (idk what it was) but it allowed him to use others hearts. Then trained to used powerful moves from all the elements. Plot took him out really. If it comes to jutsus I think instead of having one overpowered one it's good to have multiple very good ones.

The markings didnt appear around his own eyes and on his own head, but on the Hashirama head on his chest.
If Madara was so great at controlling sage chakra himself, why didnt the sage markings appear on Madara's face?
