-_- Crap,I just noticed a flaw in your solution.If White Queen checks the King in D4 he can move to f3 to avoid mate.

Here's the solution:

White Queen to E8 then Black King moves to D5.
White Queen to B5=check then Black king moves to E4
White Knight to D2=Checkmate.
