I was wondering if it was against some rule to bet likes and reps thing like that. I wanted to take rep bets on who the mystery man is, just thought it would be fun and maybe make a few friends.

Na I can care less about rep, just thought it would be fun. When the tobi is obito thing was going people would laugh when some said tobi was obito. Then bam it was an it was really cool.
