The whole point of what people are saying is to give a logical reason for Kabuto to be there in the first place.

As of now, manga facts show that Kabuto is still a drooling idiot stuck in Izanami. The only way Kabuto could be The Mysterious Foot is if he could break out of Izanami. The only way to break out of Izanami is to accept the reality of the situation and change yourself, instead of the world around you.
