The Juubi saw Rikudou in Naruto and was very angry, now if Madara is the end-all of the Manga then this obscure plot point would be shafted, which is terrible from a writer's perspective.

Anyways, Kishimoto already hinted back in November '13 that Juubi will play a prominent role once more:

If Madara is being highlighted atm then logically it's either Juubi or Sasuke who will be highlighted next.

Now I get it A new one eyed God is going to be born out of the Shinju and you think that will be the real final conscious form of the Juubi and for that the Mazou is needed

Kaguya and Hagoromo are perfect examples of Karma, no matter how good their intentions were, the fact that they stole powers that do not rightfully belong to them have lead to there plans to have gone awry, Kaguya stole the fruit, tried to bring peace, but the Shinju came to life as the Juubi and wrecked havoc in the world, Hagoromo sealed the Juubi and became its Jinchuuriki, tried to establish peace by teaching humanity the ways of Ninshu, but nothing changed, subsequent wars became bloodier (as Madara said) it is the curse of the Outer Path, the Shinobi World are substantially no different than Madara, they're all using stolen powers, the only difference is the degree in which Madara is using that Outer Path power by basically becoming a god to bring illusory peace to the world.

So unless humanity makes peace with the God-Tree, there can be no true peace, the Wheel of Suffering (Samsara) shall continue to turn.

You know what I said in the beggining, that I read different theories and made this.
Well it was one of your theories that the Juubi will be conscious and Naruto will be able to convince him to forgive humans and I agree You need to make peace with the Shinju in order to achieve peace or it will all start again it is an ever-repeating cycle

For that to happen you would have to eradicate all evil intentions in the world, that is a feat not even Naruto can achieve. True peace is an illusion that would only be enforce by Madara. There has to be another solution rather than making amends to the Juubi, the beast is a calamity of destruction, I doubt emotions would be effective in that way.

There will be peace in the world after this. I think everyone right now understood the meaning of war and I doubt that everyone is starting to make another one. I think that the conscious form of the Juubi will be the Good of peace and watch over the world and prevent any form of war from ever happening

First of all, he never said on those lines ''together''. Second, the context of his text is their final fight. We will see Naruto vs Sasuke in the end of the series.
