Madara likes things to go perfectly according to plan and has the capability to do so, unlike Obito. Obito was stopped because of TNJ but also it would not have been possible without Kurama. So Madara capturing the remaining part of Kurama is making the Juubi/himself more complete to make his plan work better/easier and removing any potential threat to his plan.
