its either someone from the distant past which i doubt because his chakra would overpower everyone on the field via soul crush.
or its someone from way after tobi's time but before karin's time.

Don't forget, Karin can sense a person's chakra type as well. She could feel Sasuke's charka getting colder during the 5 Kage summit and she felt warm from Naruto's chakra, she can even tell when someone is lying. I think Karin being able to tell that the chakra is malicious does not indicate that she knows exactly who it is but she might be able to tell the the person has malicious intent

i think its Kabuto personally, no one else makes sense really....but i don't know if i think he was genius enough to break izanami so soon. If he though accepted his fate, then it makes perfect sense why he would heal Sacue

Yamato i believe is being controlled by the zetzu....and these were the first thoughts that entered my head, but i of course could be wrong.

i do not think its Karin, i have no reason to think Kishi would have left it the way he did if it was Hebi/Karin who approached

It could very possibly be Kabuto, but I want to hope it's Jman more lol.

It has to be Hagoromo, Kabuto, or someone of the Uchiha clan. No one else is relevant in the story.

My guess is White Zetsu transforming into other Chakra to hide his signature. He has no shoes, he is white pale skin and he is hidden inside Sasuke's body.
