Nah. Tobi was different because we saw him for a LONG time with MANY different hints as too who could be behind the mask. This mystery man is merely hiding behind some smoke, with Orochimaru's gang on the way. The next time we see the guy, chances are we'll see who it is. Not much room for speculation there.

I know, lol, I meant the next time we switch back to the mystery man we'll probably find out who it is. He's not like Tobi where he can run around the battlefield without anyone knowing who he is, unless he's wearing a mask. And if he's wearing a mask. Then thats some grade A BS.

You don't know that for sure...kishi can be quite predictable
