Do you think the owner of the mystery foot is still Kabuto? Judging from Karin and Orochimaru's reaction, do you think it's Kabuto? They worked with Kabuto in the past so they could tell if it's Kabuto or not. And Karin also knew Itachi's chakra pattern, so it's impossible.
Whose chakra do you think Karin didn't encounter in the past that would play a big role in this war?

Therefore having different intentions, and we all know if that person is Kabuto, his intention is going to be to save Sasuke right now and if he's a better person than he was before, wouldn't his chakra be lighter, and unrecognizable?
