Possibly, it could be someone entirely new. Or just someone they don't recognize. I personally feel like Kabuto could have a different chakra signature due to having 8 different DNAs in him but I'm not sure if it'll be him since Taka has a bad feeling about the chakra, I don't think Kabuto would harbor ill-will against Sasuke and try to take advantage of him after escaping Izanami. So it's really in the air at this time but I'm not ruling out the possibility of Kabuto just yet.

Exactly, this feeling may be another's chakra that is not well known.

Hagaromo showing up like that would ruin the plot. Where did he come from? What is he doing with sasuke? Why doesnt every sensor [including madara] notice him? How has he survived for all these years? etc..

Tbh Naruto is most probably the reincarnation of Hagoromo so I doubt it's him, plus, the chakra Karin sensed was negative/bad chakra.

Then again, Kabuto has different DNAs in him now, and when Obito has Senju DNA in him when fighting Minato, Minato didn't recognize so it's possible that Kabuto has a different chakra signature now. Not saying it's him but it's something to consider :yeah:
