In terms of intelligence, who do you think is better?

Note: These are in no specific order. Just which ones came to my head at the time.

Edit: Forgot my man Kakashi. I don't know about Obito but if you guys want I'll add him.

I haven't seen much display of intelligence from Minato even though I believe he is the smarter one bar Shikamaru.

Tobirama is just like me in terms of thinking things in a logical manner. He is quite the tactician I must say.

Madara (containing my fanboysim) is really exceptional but sometimes I think that he isn't intelligent as people think he is. I would rather say he is skillful and clever but there always seems to be less logic on his part. He seems more of a brute force kind of guy.

Kiba, naruto, Lee and konohamaru are pretty intelligent.

OT: I'll say shikamaru, it's easy to be crafty if you're seemingly weak. That makes kakashi very intelligent too since without kamui snipe he needs to be smart to even think of winning.

I'd give it to madara.

I was referring to a battle situation. More like intelligence in breaking down a jutsu and knowing its components and then how to counter it effectively and with little to no cost. Strategy plays a big part too.

I was looking for the cream of the crop. You know? The type of intelligence that will blow your mind because you know you could never do that if you were a shinobi in the narutoworld.
