Kakashi vs Sasuke...........
Intelligence: No doubt these two are amazingly smart and intelligent, Kakashi might have a slight edge though...
Intel: Sasuke probably has more intel on kakashi than vice versa
Ninjutsu: Kakashi has a lot of jutsus, though most are on small scale, he uses them wisely and with strategy; Sasuke also has quite some good jutsus on hand and they're quite on an average scale though Kakashi can manipulate 4 nature types while sasuke can handle two.
Speed: These two have been praised severally for their shunshin feats. Kakashi at full speed could surprise the likes of kakuzu but I'd say Sasuke has an edge if he goes at full speed, for being able to blitz a curse mark V2 guy, deflect V1 8 tailed Killer bee and also go toe to toe with V1 lightning shrouded Raikage with just 3T.
Taijutsu: Almost-blinded Sasuke with sharingan deactivated and after the exhausting fight with Danzo, could go toe to toe with full powered MS Kakashi at Taijutsu. Some may not want to see the actual fact here; Kakashi is a Taijustu expert, Sasuke's Taijutsu is overwhelming, when he combines it with his sharingan and a V1 Raikage level speed, Kakashi just can't keep up with that.
Chakra level: Sasuke is an Uchiha, and has shown much more chakra level feats than kakashi.
Genjutsu: I've not seen much of Kakashi's genjutsu, but from Sasuke who could go on a battle of genjutsu with Itachi, the 2nd most powerful genjutsu user, put a high kage level opponent like danzo in a brief-moment genjutsu and as Obito stated, Sasuke as an Uchiha is more skillful in observation than Danzo even if he too possesed the sharingan. So having the sharingan doesn't mean you can't be placed under genjutsu, just that with the advantage of being the original owner of the eye, and also having uchiha blood, sasuke could overcome most enemies in this aspect.
Most of Kakashi's jutsus and feats go along with his sharingan, and has been praised for these amazing skills, but Sasuke is not only of the Uchiha but is also a genius even amongst his clan and therefore uses his sharingan better than kakashi.
Generally, in a battle to the death, Kakashi is more experienced than sasuke and even a better genius in some aspects but Sasuke's progression is overwhelming, Kakashi usage of sharingan is good for someone who is not of the uchiha, but for an uchiha, a genius of Sasuke's level, Kakashi's sharingan can't help him in a battle of the eyes. Don't try to be biased, I'm impressed with Kakashi's feats but Uchiha Sasuke isn't a good match for him.
