Also, OT, Kabuto will NOT give Sasuke the Rinnegan. Madara was revived as an edo tensei with his rinnegan because it was an ability that he had when he died. An edo tensei is brought back to life with all the powers they had when they died. If this werent true then Itachi would have been brought back with no eyes too because sasuke took them from his body. Kabuto didn't know how to get the rinnegan, much less how to give someone the power of it. All he had was a theory on how an Uchiha gets the rinnegan. Sasuke isn't getting the rinnegan, he has no way of getting senju DNA.

Killer bee doesn't have the ability to heal Sasuke you may say... WRONG! Killer bee, has samehada who has been shown to heal gaping holes in a person's chest. Samehada has been sucking excess chakra from bee and gyuki for a good time now, and by now surely has enough chakra to have some powerful regenerative capabilities.
Killer bee is dead/dying you say... Well maybe. We did see the 8 tails cut off a tail, presumably in a rush to save bee or at least prolong his life a bit.
Killer bee doesn't have a white foot you say...and he was wearing shoes you say! Correct, he doesn't have a white foot! However if in the cutting off of the tail of gyuki his foot somehow got cut off (or more of him) to save his life samehada regenerated him his skin could very well look that color. A second idea, if his foot isn't cut off is that the foot that is shown could be that color because Bee has fused with Samehada in a symbiotic relationship in order to stay alive (sorta like what is going on with black zetsu and Obito. Bee's fusion looks different than Kisame because bee isn't a shark looking mother****er, so his foot looks normal not webbed (also fusion removes shoes). A third Idea, Bee wears socks/covers his feet all the time resulting in much lighter feet (lol).

TL;DR. Samehada saved bee resulting in a white foot, Bee being the closest one to sasuke is the most logical to save him, and Bee actually has the ability to save Sasuke with samehada.
Tsunade isn't a magician that, especially on low chakra, can teleport (I doubt she could run there right now without collapsing like Hinata did) over to sasuke... And just to add that it couldn't be Tsunade, she doesn't even know that Sasuke is hurt.
A connected relationship with another entity can keep someone on the verge of death from dying. This is shown to happen on Obito, not only after using rinne tensei (which should have killed him), but again after Obito had the gedo mazo extracted from him. Obito being connected to black zetsu has kept Obito alive.
Bee has a similar entity with him shown to be able to fuse with its user, samehada. Samehada also has been shown to have the ability to heal and has the Hachibi's chakras stored in it, so samehada is literally the perfect thing to replace the hachibi to keep bee alive.
The person in your avatar, madar, LOST A GODDAMNED ARM. He got a new arm from a zetsu which is white, doesn't exactly match his skin color but it is close. If zetsu was another color, lets go ahead and say black, the arm that Madara would have right now would be black and not white. This shows a piece of body can change color. Okay? you got that?
Now if bee gets a foot cut off from the hachibi's hurried cutting off of limbs to save bee samehada could theoretically give bee a new foot of A DIFFERENT COLOR. It is also possible that Bee's foot color changed simply by fusing with samehada.
