[Question] Shinokuni Misconceptions... XD

I wonder why these contradictions were happening about Shinokuni. I dunno if anyone else has posted a thread about this before. So I will get on with it. It is about Ceaser Clown's Mass Destruction weapon Shinokuni, why were those Brown-beard pirates paralyses after they got hit by the gas and lost their ability to work, but when this later is shown survivors like Kinemon were paralysed by the gas but were able to get out unparalysed?

Below is the scan where we see the Brown-beards pirates paralyses by the poison.

Why the hell... didn't his limbs or the nerve thingies get messed so that he can be the same as those prisoners??? Why did he survive?

If can recall correctly...I remember the workers or whatever you call the people who worked for Caesar were brought back to life and if the shell is broken open within half a day since infection, then the victims can still be saved.

Yeah they were released from the solidified form just like Kinemon.... so before that they were exposed to the gas and the gas affected their limbs and they couldn't walk... what I am asking is.... why didn't this happen to Kinemon?

It most likely didn't affect their limbs because it takes time for the gas to affect them that significantly! Kine'mon was under the effects much shorter than the prisoners who were exposed to it for a much longer time

Do you know how long those prisoners stayed under the infection of poison? Can you prove your answer via manga scans?

It says in the first manga scan you posted that Caesar came to the island after 1 year and purified the poisonous gas so this means that they were exposed without treatment to the gas for 1 year !!!

It was clearly stated that the poison wouldn't physically harm the victims of the gas, if they were brought out of the shell surrounding them within a day or so. The reason the pirates from a few years ago were harmed by the poison is because they were exposed to if for a much longer time.

There is no actual evidence to show for sure it is not a common plothole. (done just for the sake of plot(such as pell surviving without being too injured from a bomb at point blank range)

If I were to try to make logical sense out of it, I would guess the gas has 2 effects. 1. Paralysis, OR 2. death.

If exposed long enough, you would EITHER die, or be paralyzed.

I would guess since kinemon was not exposed long to the gas, he didnt have enough in his system, to affect his nerves.(which would cause paralysis or death.)

There is no clear explanation. The only thing we know is

The gas causes paralysis or death.
The added ingredient in the gas, petrifies people, so they cannot escape the effects of the gas(move to a safe place).

Not really. They were not liveing in the gas for 1 year. They lived inside the lab. Then 1 year later caesar came, and purified the gas allowing them to go outside again.

Brown beard arrived AFTER caesar purrified the gas.

There would be literally NO point of the gas, if people could just live in it for a while.

Re read that page. You will see what I say is true.

I'm guessing Kinnemon has haki thats why he wasn't affected as much by the shinokuni gas? Lol, i dunno XD

Sorta like how Whitebeard & Doflamingo can break out of the ice when Aokiji freezes them. How DO they do that?....

why not make a deadlier gas like the one Kurotsuchi mayuri and Hanzo of the salamander have? Because even if you're not petrified shouldn't inhaling the gas be enough to kill you?
