Hmm...I cannot say Sir, but I know you have said that to be a possibility before. It seems logical that Obito....currently in "possession" of the final piece to Madaras puzzle, would do his best to keep Madara from attaining it. I cannot say for sure......Kishis mind is a rubiks cube that is impossible to fully solve from our seats. I've heard crush the eye, Naruto or Sasuke quickly steal it, Obito gives it to Kakashi, etc. I do however believe the attention centered around the eye will not bode well for Madara. We must wait and allow Kishi to reveal his secrets. >_O
