Since its a manga fact that to mold. Chakra into different shapes and to focus chakra it certain areas is proof of an adept use of chakra control?

Part 2 gaara more than Part 1 since Shukaku done most of the work for him, Shukaku has been a... Template for Gaara, if you will, for adept chakra control. Could this bé a counter for genjutsu too? Thoughts?

If they lack the nature then no. Of course normal rasengan is just chakra as kakashi showed us

He is manipulating the sand.. not the chakra alone.. that is the sole difference. It is an ability, that never been credited to "great chakra control".
