Bee was fast enough that Sasuke couldn't keep up when Bee blew his chest open.
Unrelated EMS could only win by forcing Bee to go full Eight-tails and then land Amaterasu, if Bee pressed him hard Sasuke wouldn't stand a chance, his only shield CQC is his Enton shield, and I doubt Bee would be naive enough to touch that, cloud ninja seem to have info on the black flames (at least from what I could tell from Five Kage Summit).

He also already reacted to the Amaterasu release itself in full Hachibi form by protecting his face(where Sasuke was aiming at) with a tentacle despite not even having knowledge on the jutsu. Now that he has knowledge, he would be more careful and attack Sasuke directly. Sasuke doesn't possess a defense powerful enough to survive a continuous Bijuudama. So while Amaterasu is a danger for Bee, Bee clearly surpass him in fire power, and Amaterasu(or enton variants) itself can be countered by the octopus strategy he pulled of already. If the hit isn't huge enough even he doesn't need it. By protecting himself with his tentacle, he could cut the limbs or use them as weapons against Sasuke if needed. With knowledge and more preparations, he would even be capable to pull that of earlier and faster. This fight can easily go either way
