Can space Time barrier counter every kind of Ninjutsu?

I've seen some Tobirama fans saying he can use it , but it's useless to even say it since he has never used it in the manga , no feats = no shit .

Couldn't say.....on the first, I doubt it though, the second I believe so.... How else was Tobirama going to teleport the other two bombs when in the barrier? I'm curious myself.... As I really don't know.

It only works on ranged attacks. Well, actually, it probably will work on almost every type of attack, but it'd only be practical to use it against ranged attacks.

Not every ninjutsu. Shinra tensei is classified I believe as ninjutsu, but obviously that isn't gettined warped away.

Obviously not every ninjutsu. And yes Tobirama could use it, he said it in the manga. He did create FTG after all.

and @RikudouMadara he was probably going to touch them and teleport like he did against obito's bomb but that makes me wonder why didn't he make 4 clones and teleport each bomb with one clone...! well plot or may be he really isn't that good with ftg afterall...!
and now that i think about it, minato mentioned a way so it could be the way...

Minato's space-time barrier jutsu can probably only counter projectile ninjutsu, I can't see it countering Jiraiya's swamp of the underworld or the raikage's lightning armour for example. Most offensive ninjutsu like Ōnoki's dust release cone could be countered be Minato's space-time barrier jutsu.
