laptop issues

i have a windows 7 hp pavilion g series

and my laptop wont stay on without the charger in

i went to power settings and it says plugged in , not charging


how can i fix this, can you make it as simple as possible im computure retarded

Go search for huge computer parts retailer and when i mean huge then it mean big retailer of parts, they can give you a good price for that

Since you have a HP laptop, you can ask around in the HP Forums.

I remember some people had problem similar to this one.

If your laptop is still under the waranty, contact HP Technical Support. They will tell you what to do.
